I ordered my NuWave products 4 years ago just recently started to use them and I noticed on the 12-inch skillet my bacon Burns and sticks. I did notice when I took everything out of the box I notice it look like the protective coating on the inside of the 12 in fry pan was not right but I continue to use it. When I fried bacon at 250 275 I noticed its stuck. If you got any idea that the application of the non cooking surface looks not right send it back. I wish I would have.

Great cookware
I've had my set of cookware about 1 year and I'm very pleased with it. I cook on a gas stove and always use silicone tools to make sure I don't scratch the coating. I did learn early on that you can't fry an egg without a little bit of oil, but even that cleaned up easily.

I love these pots and pans. I have had my set for 3 years now and I have never had any issues using them. The only thing is the outer coating on the frying pans is starting to wash off and the actual cooking surface has a few light scratches. These pans are worth every penny
