Bad service manager and checkin process

I don't have a problem with the tires I chose as I researched them online and got a great price. The issue I have is with the Ponca location and the staff. Although I ordered online for installation to get started with an appointment at 8am, they delayed that process and drove my car into the service bay at almost 9am. That is unacceptable. There were cars getting worked on without an appointment. It's not rocket science to make sure a tech is available to start on an appointment first. Not sure if I want to come back here after all this.

Economical and quiet

I bought these for my wife's car. The OEM tires weren't worn out but they had become very loud with lots of road noise inside the vehicle. These tires are very quiet and have a much better tread wear rating. I didn't realize how much tires could affect the ride quality of a vehicle. I have another model of Kuhmo tires on my truck and I've been pleased with those also.
