I have bought this rice locally many times, and it is absolutely delicious. Mix in some diced tomatoes with green chilies, and you will absolutely love it.My favorite way to serve it is with a grilled chicken breast on top with bruschetta: tomatoes, chopped onions, basil, and a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil. This rice is fantastic with Mexican, Thai, and other cuisines that have lime juice, chilies, garlic, etc. It would also be good on its own with beans, especially white beans.
