True Customer Service

We ordered a custom Zebra blind from Yoolax. When we went to install the we noted that the material was not coming together as it should when unrolling. Our first thought was that since it is a custom order and the shipment came direct from China there would be little chance we could get a replacement. I made a return request to online and I soon got an email from Michael, a Yoolax representative. He first worked with me via WhatsApp to make some adjustments to correct the problem. When that did not work he offered to send us a new blind made to our original specs. Within two weeks we had the new blind. It looks great and works as expected. I would highly recommend the product as well as the company for excellent customer Service. John Santisteban

Good Quality Blinds

The Yoolax blinds are very well made and good quality. If you have an online Alexa, definitely get the smart motor. It took a while to figure out how to program them, but it was worth the time. I have them programmed to go up at sunrise and down at sunset. The programming options are amazing! Very happy with these blinds and will be purchasing more for other rooms.

Superb looking blinds, works with Alexa, lotsa choices & flexibility, looks exactly as advertised

Yoolax blinds are top notch with great looks, exactly as advertised, modern feel with neat integration with Alexa (in my case with Bond hub). They work perfect with installation, setting up and usage works like breeze. The Yoolax team is also very accommodating, understanding and patient. They patiently answered all my questions before I placed the order and they went above & beyond for some very special requirements / requests I had. I highly recommend these modern looking highly stylish blinds that come at a great price.
