This Cambro CamSquares FreshPro Series Food Storage Container is designed for more efficient, space-saving storage. Measuring 11 2/5"L x 11 2/5"W x 11 9/10"H, this food container has a 18 Qt total capacity, and features durable CamWear construction, which resists high-volume wear and tear, and is built to withstand temperatures between -40°F and 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). This container also features molded-in handles, which provide a more comfortable grip when pouring contents and lifting. Curved corners ensure safer, four-sided pouring to prevent spills. Each storage container has easy-to-read graduations on the surface, helping increase staff efficiency and ensuring accuracy of portions and ingredients. Handles on the sides have a drain hole for sanitary drying.
