First experience with an electric scooter. At first was more power than I could handle it has like a weird noise rolling an accelerating it felt like it need it some kind of grease. Then I got use to it. And when back and forth like 10 miles no issues the. It happened I didn't realize they place the cable at the bottom floor where it potentially could be ripped if you go in and out of curbs. I tried several times to solve the issue with customer service. They seem to go around the problem and not offering a good solution. Now I am attached to a monthly payment and a worthless scooter thanks hue shuai
