Know how to assemble bicycle then worth the money

I loved the company, reached out, and offered to switch or refund my money cause it the one i ordered wasn't in stock. The putting it together wasn't bad, but I can't figure the chain out. If they wouldve sent the chain tools to accomplish putting it together, it would be so better.
