These are very comfortable in comparison to the Juxtafit. It's winter, but expect they will be uncomfortably warm come summertime. I wear below the knee compression stocking that tended to roll down as my legs swelled. This Capri garment keeps the BTK stockings in place. I an 240 pounds, but the 3X are perfect.
