Use on an incontinent disabled man
Have been using Tena Ultra Briefs (tabbed) for my 34-year old son for nearly 20 years. They are nicely absorbent and sufficiently tough so that he can't grind them into shreds. Had to switch to the stretch version as they are commercially available. They are an acceptable alternative to the professional version he had been wearing. Overall we like them a lot, including product, customer support, costs, and timely shipping. The only thing I would change would be to extend the bottom wings by a couple inches.

These briefs are really great and I love the fact they come in a size 2x. To look on other websites they don't have this size. They are worth the money they are that good. My husband had a stroke and he cant move around so these are great for him. I would recommend these.

lines are long and bathrooms are not as sanitary as most would like. my bladder is getting older and my prostate doesn't seem to be a good shut off valve anymore. i can wear a brief for hours because the absorbency is excellence. the velcro type fasteners mean even at home i am safe from indignity. at home we refer to them as insurance policies but we all know they're actually diapers, check that, excellent diapers.
