nice %26 soft, not really supportive for well-endowed or elderly, but does contain the 'girls' in approximate location to make being dressed look presentable. Plus keeps the 'girls' from getting caught in the waistband. I bought med %26 lge at same time %26 could not really tell much difference. Both comfy, but don't jog or do jumping jacks in them :)
