Poor quality and too small

This is not good quality, much thinner than expected; and the size is much smaller than it looks in the picture (comes barely to the bottom of the mattress and 8"" too short from the top lengthwise). It's only 86"" long and wide, which is not sufficient for a pillowtop queen. It is also not a quilt, not threaded, just markings on it.
