Available with a cloth-like topsheet, the briefs feel pleasant next to your skin. These adult incontinence briefs also have a breathable back sheet that enhances airflow to help you stay cool and comfortable. They meet the standard requirements of the National Association for Incontinence (NAFC). These XL adult incontinence briefs fit 52 to 62 inch waist/hip measurements.
