I must first say I think this is a good product, my issue is with the app, and based on my only interaction with customer support. The packaging was difficult to get into, and contained the device and a card saying 'get started- go to the website. It is not user friendly, and if you want detailed instructions on the device, you have to download them. I did download the app to my phone several days prior to receiving my fuse, and familiarized myself with it. Two days of using it and I contacted customer support regarding the device and their app, and based on the response I am on the fence about returning it and going with the fitbit charge.

Completely obsolete Software is not available and even if you can find it the software has not been updated in years and will not work on recent phones. Without the software it is useless.
