Sloopy manufacturing

This is being sold by rooms to go. Not sure where their stock is being manufactured but rug comes with glue/silicone spots all over rug. It cannot be remove as glue has soaked and dried in the fabric. The glue is sticky so with time it dirt sticks to it and you get dark, dirt patches that cannot be cleaned.
