Seller Verified Purchase

Although Voomi had the part I needed, it arrived damaged and I advised Voomi the same day... who told me to file a claim with FedEx. Unfortunately, when trying to file my damage claim with FedEx, I was told the shipper had already filed a claim and I couldn't file a claim as the recipient. I'd spoken to Tim at Voomi several times who assured me they would rectify it and call me back, but still nothing...after 5 weeks of trying. Customer service seems lacking.
