I have purchsed Boost products before but when I looked at the box it said it was for weight gain something I really don't need. I plan to return this item to the store. Unfortunately I already drank one of the bottles from a larger order. The taste was very good and the drink was tasty. If you want ot gain weight this is the drink for you, but not for me.

The first one i opened had the taste and texture and drinkability of a fresh strawberry milkshake!!! It was slightly frozen still but semi-slishy-like, ohmyword!!! It was awesome!! I drink these because my diet choices each day and the stress that life has been putting on me, have had me feeling somewhat fragile these days. I don't like feeling like that, so I've started watching what I eat and making healthier diet choices . I have a tough time eating and swallowing ... eating due to illness so I'm nutrient deprived and suffer various side effects including nausea, light headedness and blood sugar drops. These help with the problems that creates.
