I honestly didn't know what to expect when I ordered these. I thought they weren't going to fit n I'd have to go through the process of ordering them all over again. The reason why is I didn't measure my dogs exactly with pen n paper…I had just did an eyeball estimate for each of the boys that I have. I bought two pairs each of different colors so that they wouldn't get mixed up and end up having problems with their feet because of different oils in their skin n fur. I've heard that it's best that when owning multiples of any animal that they each have their own unique items to eliminate any potential problems in the future. Considering that it was an estimated guess on the boots I'm quite impressed that they fit n are able to stay on. The only problem that I have is with my Yorkie. He seems to be very temperamental about certain things on him…if he doesn't like it…he does everything n anything to get it off. If there's a boot out there that will prevent him from taking them off, I'm sold!!! ;-)) Otherwise these are a great fit n do everything that I need them to do for my kids!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get boots for their fur babies!!!
