VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The patio set itself is beautiful, which is why I gave at least one star. I did not give other stars due to the very poor customer service of the company. I feel this is really important for others to know. I had ongoing issues with this set. First, the chairs came, but not the table, and I had no email or indication that a table was being sent. I could not get ahold of the company, nor could Walmart initially, but eventually we got an email response that the table was coming. Finally the table came, BUT it was the WRONG table. The table shown clearly has an umbrella hole, which was very important to me. The one I received did NOT have an umbrella hole. The company, again, was unable to be reached. I am STILL waiting for a call back. Walmart can not even get ahold of them either after multiple phonecalls and emails to the company. On the up side, Walmart took care of me, but in the end, I still have no table with an umbrella hole, and no response from the company.
