I had 3 other Gotham Steel pans, a fry pan and 1 and 2 quart sauce pans, which I have used for the past year and liked the ease of cooking and clean up. Sometimes, I needed a larger pan and this 3 quart sauce pan is perfect. The clean up is so easy. I need fewer pans because I am not waiting for one to soak off the cooking residue or to go through the dishwasher.

I'm handicapped and my old cookware was just too heavy for me to lift. This pan is perfect for so many things. I am especially glad that it can go in the dishwasher as my other nonstick pans could not and I had to wash by hand. I am so pleased with my purchase and I also got the 5 qt. pot and the 12 1/2 " skillet with the small handle so I can pick it up from both sides. The fact that they can all go in the oven up to 500 degrees is a plus.
