Energy

I have used the B-12 for years, ran out not long ago, drove in to the city planning to restock, surprise!!! No store. Now if I want good vitamins I'm forced to order over the net. But I also don't want to do without the B-12. I am a 76 year old woman, very active, working in my garden, moving furniture, and chasing after a great grandson. B-12 works giving energy

B12 worked for me

Started taking based on recommendations to ease itchy skin. This issue seems to have subsided within the month I've been taking it. I truly believe it's working!

I have Ataxia and neuropathy in my feet and legs. I have not finished my first bottle yet. It seems to have helped with the aches and pains. I will know more after I have been taking it for at least 6-8 weeks.
