I couldn't wait to cut the bag open to sample the ginger. OMG did I sample, I probably ate a dozen or more pieces. It's obvious I'll have to keep my will power in tact to avoid pigging out on this DELISH ginger. My son in Maine loves ginger candy and buys it in the Walmart store. I just ordered a 2.5%23 bag for him and his wife to enjoy. The quality of your ginger candy is definitely superior to packaged ginger which is a tad hard and Chewy.

The ginger slices were fresh, delicious and difficult to stop eating. My only complaint would be the sugar that falls off when eating them. I would prefer less sugar or a fine sugar coating.
