This is an inexpensive product for the first time epilator to try. It is simple , straightforward to use, clean and charge, and low overall in cost. It does nice work removing hair, although I have never used an epilator before (ouch!). I only used it for a week, now, without an experienced friend's help (so ashamed of using it - lol). Epilation to remove hair is a different approach to hair treatment for me. It works well on my legs, not so well in my bikini area. I am learning how it works, though, speed wise and how it leaves my skin. So far I have not made up my mind, but it does take some getting used to. In some ways it's like a Brazilian, in other ways different. Until I have used it longer, I will reserve my opinion. I have to admit my skill level is low and I'm learning its skilled use. I have abraded some very tender parts of my anatomy(ahem), but the epilator seems overall to work well, as described, overall. At the same time, I would appreciate more advice on how to get best use out of the product. I want to treat my skin well and learn other expert user's secrets on the epilator approach to hair removal in sensitive areas. I do love how soft it leaves my legs in the end. -Longtime shaver in the bikini area
