great for summers !

I only wear Hanes socks I was looking for something thinner than what I usually get for the summer time. These socks are extremely lightweight and thin for moisture wicking which is perfect for me, they also have a lil extra material on the bottoms for a bit of cushion and they have an elastic around the middle of the foot. these will be perfect for my sneakers that can feel a lil tight after an hour or so. I would definitely buy more when I need them.

these Hanes socks are Terrible!

I've had Hanes 1/4 socks before..I bought them at Walmart about a year ago, I only use these socks each, and every day..They last well and DONT slip...These new HANES EXTREME slip in every boot or shoe I use, unless the shoe is EXTREMELY tight!..I would NOT recommend these socks to anyone because they DONT stay put... Extremely Disappointed! below is a pic of the old Hanes on the bottom and the new ones on the top....I only ordered new ones, because some of the old ones got holes eventually..and that is definitely normal.. the old ones never slipped!!

What happened to good cotton socks?

Disappointed. Tight fit, only the bottom of the sock has cotton padding. The top of the sock is just nylon like a dress sock so my foot sweats a lot. I bought Hanes Xtemp crew socks also and they must be 90% not cotton. I will never buy Hanes socks again.
