Home Intuition Bed Risers are very sturdy. There are 8 in a box (4 small %26 4 large for double stacking) It would be great if you had the option to purchase all the same size. I had to buy 2 sets as I only needed the smaller size to raise my queen bed a couple inches. However, I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the product.
