extremely unusable

i recorded this item excited.... i didn't realize how short the stem would be but then i thought that's ok it's really cute i can make it work. i took it out of the pkg and the only side that you can remove is the ball side and there's no way to get it off. i even tried a pair of pliers to turn the ball and those didn't even with. I'm extremely disappointed in these body jewelry rings because this is the third time this exact same thing has happened do I'm done wasting money on them.
