I've been using this same Carolina Herrera fragrance for over 20 years, so I know exactly how it smells and how long it usually lasts. Unfortunately, the product I received was disappointing. The bottle arrived damaged, and the spray cap was loose and detached. This is not what I expected from a brand I've trusted for so long. It makes me question the handling or even the authenticity of the product. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but I won't be ordering it online again.
