Tough enough for daily use indoor and outdoor. Mother has tiny feet and like smaller shoes. She often goes for children shoes as they tend to be softer and fit her better. Tumbled upon these Birkenstock style flippers and got them for her as a gift. She loves them and says that the pairs are very comfy. The bottom is tough but still comfortable.
