I bought this after my 3rd surgery and dealing with either tape that didn't stick good enough that it needed extra help of some sort or stuck to good and was a pain in the butt to get off %26/or left sticky residue wherever I used it. I bought 3 different brands/types of medical tape that I had never used before and I didn't concern myself with cost, this was not costly and turned out to be the best medical tape I've ever used!! I am a customer for life now! I will never buy another brand/type of tape again; of course I mean, as long it doesn't get discontinued! This tape isn't uncomfortable and it adheres to every area I've used it on thus far and it's stayed there, even through showers. It didn't come off until I wanted it to and when I did take it off, it cale off without any trouble and it didn't leave any sticky residue behind like other types/brands I've used that were equal regarding stick-ability %26 quality. The best part about this tape is it doesn't just work on flat surface areas, it works wonderfully in the areas where nothing you've previously tried would work; examples of such areas are the fingers, toes, ankle, wrist or any like areas you try to bandage but the bandage didn't stay on without extra support. It is worth trying and am it'll take is once and you'll see exactly what I mean. Just give it a try!! Trust me! you'll never buy another brand/type again! My friend Ryan has skin breakdown around his fingers, which I've suggested using the mittens with moisturizing cream for but he's a man and won't listen, so I thought I'd try this tape the next time he visited and it worked! I made him cover his fingers in skin lotion meant for healing cracked %26 painful skin issues, then i took this tape and wrapped it around 2 of his fingers and tried gauz with another medical tape around the remaining 3. He of course kept telling me it wouldn't stay in, kept bending his finger %26 laughing at me told me it should fall off in minutes. Come morning my friend Ryan was shocked that not only was it still on those 2 fingers but it still was sticking as he was taking it off (the other 3 fingers we used gauze on had came off during the night) once off his fingers still had moisturizer on them too. So I made him a believer too, he went out and bought some that night, and plans to use it nightly in place/instead of moisturizing gloves
