TUF-RTX3070-O8G-GAMING = perfect GPU

The ASUS TUF-RTX3070-O8G-GAMING is the perfect GPU without breaking the bank or power supply! It runs cool even on performance mode! Great GPU! Of course, most GPU are unavailable but if you can get your hands on a TUF-RTX3070-O8G-GAMING, do yourself a favor and get one!

Great Graphics Card

I am not a hard-core gamer but I absolutely love this graphics card. It is everything I needed. It plays all my games in ultra on 1080p. I have no complaints except one. I had to pay well above msrp for it do to the great graphics card shortage. Sad times.

Well built

I purchased this 3070 used. Was in great condition. However, I noticed the temps appeared a little high. Doing benchmark testing it would get to 80-82 C. I removed the heatsink and found the memory pads were in great shape, but the thermal paste was all but dried up. I replaced the thermal compound using KryoNaut Thermal Grizzly. Put the card back together and then ran a couple of the benchmarks again. To my surprise the temperatures had dropped to 62-63 C! A 20 degree drop in temps! Wasn't expecting to see such a change in temps with thermal compound. I think I'll be replacing the compound once a year or so to make sure its always working as it should keeping the GPU nice and cool to extend it's life.
