Pleased With The Results

I moved into a mobile home park in Florida a year and a half ago and, at that time, was told outdoor antennas were not allowed, so I bought a Winegard Flatwave amplified indoor antenna. That worked fine for about a year, then started to have issues with it dropping stations and pixelating on certain stations. Recently, I found out that, in fact, people have the right to have an outdoor antenna and no one can say otherwise so I decided to give this one a try. I installed it on an old dish antenna pole on the roof and pointed it in a southern direction towards Tampa and the stations came in great. The scan found 52 channels. I blocked out about half of them because I wasn't interested in them. The antenna box said it would work within 60 miles. The broadcast towers range from about 26-1/2 miles to 47-1/2 miles away and they all come in very well.

Great Outdoor Antenna

I bought this because I am sick of paying for directv. Its expensive and you get HD tv broadcast for free. So, I canceled directv and purchased this antenna. This antenna works great. I originally purchased an indoor antenna however, returned it for this one. My indoor antenna would only pull 6 stations. The outdoor antenna pulls 22 stations and they are all crystal clear. This is a directional antenna..so, you had better know where your broadcasts are coming from and aim in that direction. I can highly recommend this antenna! I am happy I purchased it.

Great antenna for the price.

I purchased this antenna at my local Wal-Mart a few days ago after I found out that some of my local channels were having a contract dispute with Dish Network. And I would loose them. So I figured I would give an antenna a shot. I tried an indoor antenna first but was only able to get 4 channels. And not the ones I wanted. I returned it and got this one. And to my surprise I got 13 channels. It was very easy to set up and mount. All of the hardware was included including a j mount so I could mount it to my roof. I live in a rural area so we don't get that many OTA channels but I get all the networks, PBS, and all their sub channels. I don't watch that much TV and had been contemplating getting rid of dish for a while. Pleased to say that the HD quality is outstanding with this antenna. I usually only watch local networks anyway. So I will be getting rid of dish and sticking with this antenna. I also have Netflix so that will handle my movie fix. If anyone is looking for a small outdoor antenna I would highly recommend this one.
