My doctor says that I need Vitamin E. So, I've been ordering it from Walmart for a few months now. I'm not sure how much better I am taking Vitamin E. So, that's why I gave this brand only 4 stars. Otherwise, I don't think Im any worse for it. The vitamins were delivered without any issues or problems.
