Trash.

She's supposed to spray bubbles out of her crown. She doesn't. There's no way to prevent her hair from tangling around her crown. You're supposed to be able to pour soapy water in a hole in her back. It won't fit more than 1/2 teaspoon of liquid. What a dumb toy. Given as a gift or I'd take it back.
