Amusing and fun. One of the best movies ever.

I loved this movie so much! Although it wasn't like the older version, I feel like it was a very amusing movie and that it was a very interesting plot. I, personally, loved it and the main reason why I ended up writing this review was because I wanted to buy the movie again because I have watched it so much in the past that it has become scratched up from switching from DVD player to DVD player. I would like to shed some light on the movie because it was just an amazing movie.

Not my cup of tea

I'm such a huge fan of the 1970's Rankin-Bass "Here Comes Peter Cottontail" and "The Easter Bunny is Comin' to Town". I don't mean to offend the filmmakers or their hard work, but "Peter Cottontail the Movie" was just not my cup of tea and I don't think it paid respect to the old favorites at all. The music was not cheerful. In fact, the whole plot was not cheerful. Although the actors are talented, the voices were disconnected and some of the characters were just plain snotty. Our kids were watching it with me and they said, "This is weird." I don't think they'll want to watch it again. We'll probably donate the DVD to the library. I'm glad it was cheap and I chose Site to Store free shipping. The shipping took 2 whole weeks but at least it was free.
