good coffee
I took this coffee into my work so that I could get many people to try it and let me know what they thought of it. Everyone thought it was a big improvement over our company provided coffee. They all wished that it was a bigger bag to make more pots. Everyone stated that the coffee was smooth with no bitter taste. One person told me that it tasted sweeter than other coffees. My thoughts are that this is a great tasting coffee. It isn't bitter and has a smooth flavor. The beans were not oily when grinding them. The aroma is good. I definitely would recommend it to others wanting to try a good organic coffee.
Nice, Smooth Taste
As a former Starbucks Barista, I've tasted my fair share of coffee. I am far from a coffee expert but I do know what I like. For reference, I typically order a White Mocha at Starbucks, so I definitely have a sweet tooth. I like a little coffee with my cream and sugar if that makes sense. Given that, I really enjoyed this coffee. I was even able to drink it black, which if you know me, says a lot about this coffee. I had never heard of this brand, so I was not sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Its self-described taste is a sweet, nutty flavor and brown spice with a caramel-like finish. This seems true to form given I like smooth, sweet coffee. I'm not a fan of smokey or bitter. It was quite easy to drink. I even served it during a game night to some friends and family. I was nervous because we do not typically host and we're not coffee experts but the reactions were pleasant. I like that it's USDA organic. It also feels a little unique in that it's a blend of Colombia and Sumatra. I wonder if that contributes to the smoothness. The only tiny complaint was that the bag was a little difficult to open. Typically, I'm used to being able to just pull open the top fold with my hands, but this definitely required scissors. Overall, I would definitely buy this again.
Mashup Columbian Coffee
First let me say, how I am a strict maxwell house coffee drinker. That being said, I tried this coffee and was pleasantly surprised! Its very smooth without any bitter undertones.. It smells and tastes amazing. If I could hive a 6th star, I would. Highly recommend!!
