Simple-Easy-Affordable
I decided to take a chance on this as I had to get rid of my old weight bench when I moved into a townhouse and had less room. The set up was super easy, it took about 10 minutes from when I opened the box to when I had it up on the door and ready to use. I watched the included DVD to get an idea of what sort of routines were possible. Although I have not tried all 200 moves I have found 15-20 that I like to go through 3-4 times a week that work my arms/back/core. There is plenty of resistance to keep it challenging for a long time. I love that it takes up almost no space so i just leave it on the door all the time.
Within Reach - No Excuses!
I am very out of shape and looking for a way to begin getting back into shape again. I've only started with some exercises to build up arm strength so far, but I feed the pets and then do my arm exercises - twice a day, as part of my routine! I've noticed that sleeping on my tendinitis shoulder has been easier and some muscle tone in my arms has begun! I leave it up on the spare bedroom door all the time - takes almost no space.
Excellent strength training, great stretch
My physiotherapist recommended this machine for increasing strenght and functional mobility. It is easy to set up. I attached mine to a secure bookshelf in the basement so I wouldn't have to hassle with it on a door. Position it where you can see a television, or use a laptop with the DVD workouts, which are excellent. This machine may not be for advanced bodybuilders, but for the average man or woman who wants to increase strenght, mobility, and flexibility it is excellent. My wife really likes it too. For $160 delivered you can't go wrong!
