Fun to use!

I chose this ball based on the way it looks and the brand. I have been using a Jungle Gym XT for years without any issues and I wanted to try another Lifeline product. It isn't the cheapest wall ball out there but I've learned you get what you pay for. I've been using it for a couple of months with no problems so far!

Great for working your core

I'm an avid golfer, and I've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I've seen a few videos of pros doing exercises with wall balls that looked like a great way to help create more torque and power through rotation. After stumbling upon this while searching, I gave it a try, and it's been really good! The first use had my abs and obliques sore, but I knew that meant it was doing the trick. I've continued using it with other exercises with explosive movements, and I've definitely noticed gains in my golf game. I don't think I'll be going pro anytime soon, but I've knocked a few strokes off my game.
