These pants are exactly that-pants. I was expecting more along the lines of leggings but nope. They are a heavy/thicker fabric. Probably as heavy as a pair of jeans. They are exceptionally well made, beautiful pattern, and fit true to size. If you are looking for a dressy style pant these would be perfect. If your looking for something casual and comfy these are not it.
