This book deals with the detail derivation of Equispaced level conduction band model and the application in some ternary alloy semiconductors.The derivation is based on the coordinate transform procedure. Effective mass Schrodinger equation is set up, with the local conduction band edge(Luttiger and Kohn,1955) taken as the potential experienced by an electron in a Quantum Well(QW). The other has a non confining potential and is not realizable.
