Okay Product for Students

Pros: the model I purchased (from another buyer) came with Microsoft office already installed for a full year (major plus for students) it's very lightweight for easy carrying around places screen & keyboard size is decent so you can see everything you're typing on the screen without it feeling too cramped (I have small hands so no problem for me) ready to go right out the box without all the extra apps & software downloaded into it came in purple or blue (I choose purple) Cons: the battery life sucks. I'm not a heavy gamer just do the average stuff (check emails, type papers for school, surf the web, music, YouTube etc) and it dies pretty quickly (even after being charged all day &/or night) but I guess that's with most computers/phones nowadays....it'll give me a good 4 hours until I have to charge it up again. memory storage isn't the best so you will need an external source (such as USB) screen resolution & brightness sucks (I guess I was used to my old laptop HP Pavilion series & compared to that this is very basic)...lighting isn't the brightest so it's kind of hard to use in the nighttime without having a light on keyboard doesn't light up sound quality isn't the greatest either but it'll do alright if you have headphones in it does get hot pretty fast but it doesn't how I work on the pc because it is fanless which is awesome so no dust buildup or any of that stuff other than that it's an okay product for the price. will work for people who do everyday basic things, students in school, those who maybe learning to use a laptop for the first time but if you want something better i'd recommend checking out other options especially if you're willing to spend the money on it. I like HP brands so I may end up getting another laptop besides this one...maybe touch screen but for now this will do.
