Excellent!
Pretty good! Love this product so much! turmeric is a popular spice with a long history of use in traditional medicine. While it may offer some health benefits, more research is needed to fully understand its effects and potential risks. Alternative to NSAID's
Meriva is the most assimilable form of curcumin so I bought it for my inflammation. Instead of using NSAID's I prefer to use this, the effect is noticeable, yes!, although no so strong as ibuprofen for instance. Anyway I prefer the use of this natural alternative, above all in the long term.

Excellent!
I've been taking Meriva Turmeric Complex for years for its anti-inflammatory properties, (mainly) and find it helps to relieve swollen joints. Meriva is a patented phytosome of curcumin with soy phosphatidylcholine that has better bioavailability than curcumin. Not suitable for vegetarians as the capsule is made with gelatin.
