These are a life saver (or door saver rather)! My dog loves to put her head out the window and stands up on the arm of the door. Having these has prevented any damage to my vehicle. They stay in place well with the strong Velcro and window tab attachments. If I could change anything it would be to reverse the Velcro so that if you want to take them off because you have company riding in the car that the rough Velcro isn't on the door and uncomfortable for the passengers. Other than that, I love this product!

My beagle loves standing on the door to look out of the window, what dog doesn't? The car door guard is wonderful in helping me restore my doors with Armor All and now keeping them that way. You can attach with just the slides between the window and frame, or, like I did with the velcro. Either way, a great buy

The tabs weren't too hard to install for me, but they do stick out some, making them visible from the outside of the car. They also come out altogether, when I roll the windows up, if I had them rolled down all the way. I like them though, they serve their purpose.
