A Must For Anyone Who Strives For Perfection

I was a little disappointed when I received this book because I had hoped it would have more tips on smoking brisket, but after I started reading it I couldn't put it down. Even found myself making notes as there's so much information and explanation. Meathead covers it all; from the weaknesses of the new pellet cookers, why rubs shouldn't have salt in them, when charcoal beats gas and gas beats charcoal, and why beer can chicken is a waste of good beer and nowhere close to the best way to cook a bird. This book will expand your mind and give you the added confidence you need to conquer fire and smoke.
