Excellent value!

Excellent value! I received a different 50 movie pack for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised with it. Many of the movies (probably at least half, if not more) are pretty terrible B-movies. But there are some diamonds in the rough, and just having those films makes this an incredible value. One important note about the Drive In set is that some of the movies listed are no longer part of the set, and have been replaced. The movies listed that are missing are Creepers, Death by Dialogue, Mama Dracula, Vengeance of the Zombies, and The Werewolf vs Vampire Women. They have been replaced with Blood Mania, The Devil's Hand, Nabonga, Moon of the Wolf, and Single Room Furnished. After looking into the movies that are missing, it doesn't seem like they were very good or well liked. With the exception of Creepers, which is an 1980's Dario Argento film, I was not upset by the changed titles (Creepers was one of the films that convinced me to buy this product). I've only watched about 10 of the 50 movies, but so far the quality is good, and what I would expect of movies that are predominately from the 70's, are were of lower quality to begin with. My set does have the dreaded Mill Creek logo that pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the screen during the movies. I had read about this in other reviews, and so many people complained that I was a little upset when I first saw it. But it seems that either Mill Creek has changed how often/how long they display the logo, or people really exaggerate, because it only occurs a few times throughout the film and for maybe 10-15 seconds. No big deal. So, there you have the full run down of my set of the 50 Drive In Movie Classics. Great set of movies at a great price!

If you like old classic B movies these are for you.Even if there are a few cheezy ones in this list, one really can not complain about the amount of movies for the price.
