They are a wonderful set of knives. No need to fight with your food. The comfortably shaped handle is light weight and easy to hold. The serrated blade is sharp, making cutting very easy. Sharp!

The knives cut meat well. The blade itself is a little flimsy- more than I would prefer. However, these are an excellent value for the money. I didn't want to spend $250 for fewer steak knives. I wanted a minimum of 6, and this set came with 8 which was all the better. I did a fair amount of research on steak knives before purchasing (gift for my husband's 50th birthday), and this particular version was very highly rated. I couldn't beat the price ($50 for 8 higher quality steak knives) and they are sharp!
