Made in China for 3M. 1. Slide support over ankle. 2. Position heel in comfort panel. Size: For left or right foot, measure around the heel and the instep. Washing: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. once I get it on it fits like a glove. I like it very much for what it does. It supports my ankle very well. The real challenge is taking it off. I have arthritis in my hands and it is very hard for me to work it off.

Good quality product
Good quality item. Did the trick for my swollen ankle. I have pot circulation which causes fluid retention also. Put this on easy to do. Very supportive also. It had the right consistency to keep the swelling at bay. Would purchase this brand again.
