They are perfect for everyday support of a broken, sprained or previously sprained angle since I have had experience with all three. They are not bulky and I can wear them all day. I have tried all kinds over the years and this is best. If I hike or do something on very uneven ground II wear a lace-up brace and a high top shoe.
