Bye bye leg cramps.
Our pcp recommended using horse chestnut, DHEA %26 magnesium for relief of leg cramps. My husband has been doing this combination for a couple of years now. He has had a couple of leg cramps over the past 2 years but not the severity and definitely not the frequency. From common occurrence to couple times in past 2 years. I would call that wonderful. It really does work.

Horse chestnut is great for muscle cramping
Planetary Herbals are an outstanding brand--you can trust them and rely on them. Horse Chestnut is not well known for taking care of muscle cramps, especially those debilitating leg cramps that can come in the middle of the night. My husband and I both have a bottle by the bed in case we get leg, foot or hand muscle cramping or contractions. Take one pill and within less than 30 seconds the cramps are taken care of. Planetary Herbals horse chestnut is a miracle worker for us--we would never be without this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
