The vitamins that I can count on

I started taking these vitamins about 4 years ago. I hadn't given vitamins much thought, but I thought it would be a good idea to take them as an adult. I have no idea which component of these vitamins works for me, but my LDL cholesterol actually goes down when I take one vitamin a day. I thought it was a fluke, but every time I get my levels measured they are much better than before I took these vitamins. They taste good, are chewable (so I don't have to worry about getting some horse pill stuck in my throat), come in a glass jar so I am not eating any strange chemicals absorbed from the plastic.
