Heading It's ice. It's heat. It's smart relief. Purpose Hot/Cold Therapy Manufacturer Therapearl Directions For heat therapy: Wrap back wrap with damp cloth or paper towel. Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute and 25 seconds, add 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. For cold therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours. TheraPearl should only be applied to the relief area for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes. Care: Packs can be cleaned with a mild soap, detergent or alcohol. Do not place any heavy objects on top of your packs. Discard pack if punctured. Do not swallow beads. Do not use on infants. Uses Doctor designed therapy - hot or cold in one pack. See full directions on pack prior to use and application.Intended Use: Reusable therapeutic hot & cold pack for use with common aches, pains, swelling and bruising. Packs are designed to retain a therapeutic temperature for approximately 20 minutes.Cold Therapy - Freeze for at least 4 hours.Heat Therapy - Microwave for time indicated below, thoroughly mix to distribute color, and test pack before use. Heat for additional 10 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached.Suggested heating time for (1) one THERA°PEARL NECK WRAP700 Watts - 90 Seconds1000 Watts - 65 Seconds1200 Watts - 50 Seconds
Instructions
Chill it in the fridge or freezer, or pop it in the microwave. The wrap holds its therapeutic temperature for a full 20 minutes. Numb the ache with analgesic cold, or soothe and release the tightness with penetrating heat.

Bought this when pregnant and experiencing back pain. Worked well. A little annoying that the beads can move from section to section because they will often shift from the section where you want them to be.

Thera pearl neck wrap
It worked great until about a year and a half after i bought it, a hole appeared and the gel started leaking out. So sad because it wasnt cheap.ð

I used this following the instructions in the package. 1st issue is it loses heat very quickly. 2nd issue was the plastic melted to itself resulting in a big hole, spilling the bead things everywhere. When used cold it also reached room temp way too fast.
