Ozeri Professional Series Induction Fry Pan in Black Onyx, Made in Italy

This is a 9.5 inch (4 cm) Induction Pan. Made in Italy of a durable aluminum core for use with rapid heat-transfer induction stoves. It has three layers of coating that makes it absolutely non-stick while still 100% free of harmful chemicals and materials such as, APEO and PFOA as well as the lesser known chemicals NMP and NEP. My fried chicken turned out perfectly browned without any extra care needed. The hardened scratch-resistant coating makes this pan a durable and useful addition to any kitchen. It is easy to clean with soapy water and non-abrasive sponge and the handle is a very comfortable heat-resistant silicone. The only improvement I would make to this pan is a choice of colors, even just the handle. The color is a beautiful black onyx which makes it look very official and elegant. Overall, I love it and it's now my favorite tool in the kitchen. I woyld recommend without hesitation.
